Education and Immigration in Canada:
Today, I will answer all your questions about Education and Immigration in Canada for FREE. Canadian post-secondary schools set their own Language Requirements for International Students. Language skill requirements vary at each and every school in Canada. The best schools in Canada, the most respected institutions in Canada, don’t require IELTS. Please go on start researching the specific language requirements for your program. You will be surprised what you get.
Is IELTS Required?
For example, for getting admission at the George Brown College, English Language Proficiency Requirements for International Students are as low as 6.0 band. George Brown College is one of the oldest and one of the best colleges in Canada. It’s the only college in Downtown Toronto. If you have IELTS, great! you can study at George Brown College with a band as low as 6.0, with a minimum of 5.5 in each skill band. If you are studying English, but have not yet taken an English exam through IELTS, or TOEFL, I highly recommend that you take the George Brown College English Admission Test, or whatever college or university you are at. Take the English entrance test in Canada.
College Fee:
Not only is it cheaper, only USD 50, but I have much more trust in a test administered by a Canadian College or University, or by the Canadian Government. Everybody is different, but the feedback I receive from different students is that this test is a little easier as well.
Study With Low Grade:
You don’t need high grades to Study in Canada. You do not have to be rich to study abroad. I was talking to a young lady from Vietnam the other day and she told me there was only 1 student in her class with grades high enough to study abroad. I often hear this misconception. If you have graduated from high school (secondary school), you can study in Canada, regardless of your grades.
Degree Program:
Let’s take a look at George Brown College again. Here You need 50% to take a Diploma Program and 65% to take a Degree Program. To be clear, 50% means you passed, and 49% means you failed. Did you graduate from high school? If so, you can study in Canada, no problem. A degree program is not better than a diploma program, and a diploma program is not better than a degree program. There are many great benefits to both. However, if you want to take a Degree Program, but your grades aren’t high enough, you can take a 2-year Diploma Program in Canada, then study for an additional 2 years to get your Degree. A two-year Diploma Program is very respected in Canada and can easily be extended to a four-year Bachelor’s Degree in Canada.
You can go back to full-time school for an additional two years after graduating to earn your bachelor’s degree, or you can study part-time while working full-time in Canada on your Post-Graduation work permit. Canada provides many great opportunities for Continuing Education.
You don’t need to be rich to study in Canada. You don’t need rich parents. Education is a Right, Not a Privilege. It’s a Human Right. Canada takes this very seriously. Canada consistently ranks as one of the best countries in the world to Study Abroad and is currently ranked number 1 by many sources.
Canadian university degrees and college diplomas are recognized worldwide. The tuition fees are significantly less compared to the US and UK. At George Brown College here the base tuition fee for a 2-year Diploma Program is $15,190 Canadian per year. That’s less than USD 6000 per semester. That’s incredible value for the quality of education you will receive.
Student Loan:
You can take a 2-year diploma program in business finance, information technology, practical nursing, or tourism and hospitality management, the possibilities are endless. If you have money in the bank, great! It makes life easier, and less stressful, but please don’t let money stop you from coming to Canada. You can easily get an international student loan. You can get a student loan without any credit history, collateral, or cosine.
